Plastic Clean-ups: MAWA is working together with the local communities to raise awareness and encourage plastic waste clean ups around the villages through a system of incentives. We then take responsibility to recycle single use plastics in partnership with a local plastic manufacturing company. There are other types of plastic, like plastic bottles that we upcycle for small construction projects.
